September Campaign Weekend - Cancelled

It is with regret that we have to announce the cancellation of our September Campaign Weekend at Maelstrom Games.

Sadly there has only been a single entry with only a month to go.

As both of us are taking our holidays over the next three weeks, we thought it best to cancel now while we were in a position to act.

We were looking forward to trying different systems (Disposable Heroes, Black Powder and the forthcoming Renaissance rules) at a new venue (Maelstrom).

For the time being, we will concentrate on the core rule set such as WAB, Warmaster, Great War etc.

We will take soundings at our October Event to see if we can figure out the lack of interest. Rule set, venue, dates ?

Disposable Heroes Campaign Pack now available

Darren Burnett has kindly sent in the campaign pack and supplement for his Disposable Heroes campaign.

This campaign will form part of our September 2010 Campaign Weekend at Maelstrom Games in Mansfield.

Renaissance GT 2010 Rule Pack now available

Trevor Allen has kindly sent in the Rules Pack for the Renaissance GT 2010.

This campaign will form part of our September 2010 Campaign Weekend at Maelstrom Games in Mansfield.

September 2010 Entry Form now available

I can now confirm that the long awaited Entry form for the September 2010 Campaign Weekend is now available.

So far we have the Rule Pack for the Renaissance GT.

The documents are on our Downloads page.

Please note that there is a deadline of August 20th for entries.

I shall publish the campaign packs for Black Powder and Disposable Heroes as soon as I receive them.

UPDATE: This event has sadly been cancelled.

October 2010 Entry Form now available

I can now confirm that the long awaited Entry form and briefing pack for the October 2010 Campaign Weekend are now available.

As we now have all the campaign packs and catering organised, there seemed little reason to delay.

The documents are on our Downloads page.

Please note that there is a deadline of October 1st for entries and furthermore, some campaigns are capping the number of players, so don't put off entering until September !

Which reminds me, the packs for the September event are not quite ready yet as I haven't heard back from the individual organisers yet. I will keep you posted !

Battle of the Frontiers campaign pack now available

Phil Turner has kindly sent in the campaign pack and supplement for his Battle of the Frontiers (The Great War) campaign.

This campaign will form part of our October 2010 Campaign Weekend at Warhammer World in Nottingham.

You can download his campaign pack and supplement along with those for other campaigns on our downloads page.

We expect to have our entry form ready by the end of the week. I just have to finalise the food prices with Games Workshop.

Italian Wars campaign pack now available

George Moraitis has kindly sent in the campaign pack and supplement for his Sunset of Chivalry (Italian Wars) campaign.

This campaign will form part of our October 2010 Campaign Weekend at Warhammer World in Nottingham.
